The international reputation of Le Chabichou relies on the reputation of its gourmet restaurant: inventive, refined and generous cuisine prepared with fresh, natural produces. It also boasts a cozy dining room, a warm welcome by Maryse Rochedy, attentive and discreet service, 2 Michelin stars since 1984, and a reference in the famous “Bottin Gourmand” and “Gault et Millau” guide books. Gourmet cuisine that simply echoes from one dish to another. Menus concocted by Michel Rochedy, French master chef and member of the association “Plus Grandes Tables du Monde” and Stéphane Buron, awarded “Meilleur ouvrier de France” in 2004.

The arm & cosy Chabibar
The atmosphere here, unique in Courchevel, is both cabaret and warm. Evenings, in front of the fire, are cozy and user-friendly. For the anecdote, it is here, on the corner of the fireplace, that Daniel Auteuil, a famous French actor, presented a preview of one of his films.
Le Chabichou Spa
Spa carita – multi-sensory aqua-fun spa complex The Rochedy family is reputed for doing things properly. The evidence lies within the new spa complex, a combination of calm, pleasure, comfort, originality and new ultra modern equipment. Recently opened in winter 2011, the new Chabichou multi-sensory spa complex boasts a 1100m2 architectural feat built beneath a ski slope.
A complex dedicated to health and well-being where priority is given to the multi-sensory experience. A project designed and built by the company Hydro Concept. The access to the sensorial & aqua leisure area is offered for hotel guests and charged for external customer. Free access for 50 minutes treatment.

The Rochedy family’s trademark is a warm and family welcome. This also applies to children who are catered for and pampered by a team of staff at Le Chabichou.
• Concierge for kids: Children are welcomed at Le Chabichou as VIPs. The kid’s concierge service can organize babysitting, activities, birthday parties etc.
• Games room: Children can make friends around table football, the play-station, board games and a numerous selection of toys.

- Baby-cot : free of charge up to 4 years old included.
- Pets are allowed in rooms, charged at a rate of: 40€ per day for pets (excluding meals).
