Restaurants
Le Chabichou, Gourmet Restaurant in Courchevel
Le Chabichou is all about authenticity and subtlety. For two-Michelin-star chef Stéphane Buron, “simplicity is the art of perfection” — and that philosophy runs through every dish. His cooking focuses on the essence of each ingredient, using precise technique to reveal and intensify original flavours rather than disguise them.
“There can be no good food without good ingredients” is Buron’s mantra. Throughout the year, he sources the best produce — as local as possible — working with dedicated partners who share the same standards. Menus evolve with the seasons, designed to spark emotion and create memories.
Buron’s career has taken him from Hôtel Martinez in Cannes and Palm Beach in the US to the Élysée Palace. He has been part of Le Chabichou since 1987, taking the lead in 2018, and has earned major accolades including the Taittinger International Culinary Prize (2002) and Meilleur Ouvrier de France (2004).
The dining room is contemporary and welcoming, inspired by Courchevel’s alpine landscapes with granite tones, delicate artistic details and a calm, soothing atmosphere. In warmer days, look out for the Winter Barbecue by Stéphane Buron — a terrace experience at the foot of the slopes where fire elevates exceptional ingredients.
Le Sidonie, Bar and Restaurant in Courchevel
Le Sidonie is part of Courchevel’s story, with its name inspired by Sidonie Panache, a character from the opera. Today it’s one of the resort’s iconic addresses, loved for its warm, contemporary atmosphere that still feels unmistakably alpine.
It’s a stylish but relaxed bistronomic spot for couples, friends and families, with seating to match your mood — classic tables, high stand-up tables, or comfortable armchairs.
Between ski sessions, drop in for tapas-style savoury bites like terrines, pâtés en croûte and snails. And as the day winds down, the bar is perfect for tea and pastry, a pre-dinner apéritif, or a house cocktail by the fire — crafted by a team trained by Victor Delpierre (World Barista & Cocktail Champion, 2013).
La Ferme Saint-Amour, Restaurant in Courchevel
La Ferme Saint-Amour is made for evenings in Courchevel 1850 — whether it’s a night out as a couple or with friends. Set in a beautifully restored old farmhouse, it blends alpine character with a chic, intimate edge: silky furs, designer chandeliers and shimmering mirrors set the tone.
As the night rolls on, everything gravitates towards the central bar. Lights drop, cocktails flow, and the energy lifts as the DJ takes over — with sofas for those staying cosy and a dance floor for those going late.
If you’re looking for a proper Courchevel night, this is it.
