Le Refuge de Solaise is only accessible via the ski slopes and the new Solaise Gondola lift so that when the ski lifts close it will be cut off from the rest of the world.
Once there and in the silence that follows the closing of the lifts, feel an intense oneness with the mountains and feast on the 360° views and discover unexpected comfort at this altitude.
Thanks to its amazing location at the summit of Solaise, the Refuge enjoys both sunrise and sunset. The sun rises around two hours earlier in the morning and three hours later in the evening compared to the village.
When it snows overnight our guests will be the first to enjoy the fresh powder and untouched pistes, even before breakfast!
All 34 bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious and are tastefully decorated in contemporary style. Our dormitory is a large room of 70m² with 8 single and 3 double beds, available for minimum 1 night stay for individual clients and available also for a privatization.
A genuine ‘dormitory’ of 14 beds for groups of friends and memorable evenings. 14 old wood niches in the spirit of traditional refuges, with sitting area, individual lockers, shared bathroom, 2 toilets and sound system.
