5. La Saulire

La Sauilire is one of the more traditional Courchevel restaurants. Its decor is authentic to the area, with pale wood panelling and alpine memorabilia adorning the walls. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere, providing the perfect setting after a day of exploring the 3 Valleys.

The menu consists of traditional alpine specialities in generous portions but also features more refined dishes formulated by chef Benoît Redondo. You can choose from an extensive wine list carefully selected to compliment the food.

This is another restaurant you should book in advance due to its popularity. People are known to return to La Saulire every time they visit Courchevel, thanks to its ambience and fantastic food. However, don’t expect to go there for lunch on a nice day, as it closes so the staff can go skiing!

6. Caphorn

Caphorn offers a different experience from most of Courchevel’s mountain restaurants. It is Courchevel’s oldest mountain restaurant, sits at 2,100 meters, and has a fantastic south-facing terrace where you can top up your tan while you eat.
