The duplex apartment n°4, located on the second floor of the Alaska Lodge Residence, with a surface area of 175 sqm, is perfect to welcome 12 people, maximum 10 adults.
This apartment has one bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with a double bed with the possibility of two single beds, a dormitory room with two double beds each bunkered by a single bed and four en-suite bathrooms. The living room has a sitting area with a television, a fully equipped kitchen and a gas fireplace. A large furnished terrace completes the space.
This apartment has all the necessary household appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc and a laundry room with a washing machine and a clothes dryer.
During your holidays, you can benefit from a parking space in the underground car park, a private ski locker and Wi-Fi access.

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:
- 2000 € for apartments lower than 120m²
- 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220m²
- 6000€ for apartments over 220m²

Everyday from 9:00 am to 08:00pm
Availability of the apartments
The keys are handed over between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm
Departures must be made before 10:00 am.
Tourist tax
The rate is €5.06 per day and per person over 18 years (subject to change).
