Restaurants
Hotel residents and passers-by will enjoy taking a break in one of MiL8’s two dining rooms to explore creative, high-quality cuisine at lunchtime and in the evening.
A brasserie-style menu on the slopes – for lunch
At lunchtime, the dining room and terrace at piste level invite skiers in for a most warm and welcoming lunch. With a choice of dishes to share such as platters of cured meats and cheeses, Croque Monsieur with Abondance cheese and truffle, or parsnip purée and Sardinian flat bread, the locally-sourced produce, which the Chef holds dear, is given pride of place.
Opening times: Midday – 2.30 p.m
An intimate bistronomy atmosphere – for the evening
The ground floor restaurant welcomes diners in a more intimate atmosphere. Here, the wood-clad walls are enhanced by the discreet, playful lighting and warming colours. In the evening, the menu pays homage to our elders. Casseroled dishes make their comeback with traditional cuisine brought up-to-date. A first-time experience for some, the opportunity for others to rediscover, tinged with a taste of nostalgia.
Those with a sweet tooth can also delight in some of the classic desserts such as chocolate mousse soufflé, shortbread with milk jam, waffles with sweet chestnut cream…Exquisite desserts that bring back childhood memories!
Half-board is available to hotel guests.
Opening times: 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
