OVERVIEW

Les Chalets du Jardin Alpin

The residence is situated in Val d’Isère, in the “La Legettaz” neighbourhood , in the Val d’Isère-Tignes ski area, at the foot of the Solaise Massif, ski in and ski out.

La Legettaz is a quiet residential area at about 800m from the main street of Val d’Isère.

There is also a bus stop steps away from Les Chalets du Jardin Alpin to catch the FREE hop on hop off resort shuttle bus to the village centre.

From the snow front, the Rogoney lift, will take you mid way of the Solaise massif and allows you to ski down till the chalets by the M slope.

Facing the Bellevarde massif that offers us a magnificent view, with the Olympic slope of the “Face de Bellevarde”, skiers will ski down by the black slope of “Epaule du Charvet” or the blue slope of “Santons”, arriving just at the foot of chalet 1.

The slope continues then till the cable-car of Solaise, the snow front and the village in a few minutes. A free shuttle bus service of the resort is running in the area.

This high standard residence (4 stars classification) has been entirely renovated and restructured in 2014.

ROOM TYPES

There are 24 apartments spread over the chalets built in traditional style from local stone and wood and doted with slate roofs. Apartments as well as common spaces have been rethought to offer more space and services such as a spa with sauna and steam-room, bigger living rooms, modern and functional kitchens, while keeping the charming and cosy side of a mountain residence.

We offer different apartment types from the 2 rooms (2/4 persons) 35 m2 to the 6 rooms (10/12 persons) 127m2, 2 of which are adapted for disabled people. All apartments have a balcony or terrace, west or south facing, with a magnificent view on the Bellevarde massif or/and on the Manchet Valley. Animals are not allowed.

1 Bedroom Apartment

With a surface of about 35m² it is the ideal apartment for a couple with 1 or 2 children or 2 couples of friends. Well arranged, each sleeping room is closed by a door guaranteeing the tranquility of the occupants.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, these apartments of 45 to 66m² are ideal for a family with 2 children, or 2 couples. We offer several apartments in this category, some facing south with a corner balcony, others facing west. One of them is duplex, with the charm of the top floor under the roofs!

With its approximately 63m², its 2 bedrooms and its cabin, it is the apartment of families with 3 children or groups of friends. In duplex, the cabin is a small cozy space under the roofs. The west-facing balcony allows to enjoy until the last rays of sun.

This 70m² apartment is unique and will delight the tribes with its cabin-attic mezzanine overlooking the living room.
Located on the top floor of chalet 1 and exposed west, it enjoys a panoramic view of the Bellevarde massif.

With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, these apartments have a great comfort and a surface of about 105-114m2. The duplex has a cozy bedroom upstairs with its headboard and niches as a nightstand. 5 Bedroom Apartment

Only apartment of this category, it is a duplex of approximately 127m². Cozy and atypical rooms on the floor. A large and beautiful main room combines the living room and dining area separated by a semi-partition. This is our most spacious apartment where tribes of all generations and large groups of friends enjoy meeting.

All apartments have a balcony, loggia or terrace with sun chairs.
They are mainly situated west with a magnificent view on the Bellevarde massif.
Some of them are south facing the Manchet valley.

They are all equipped with a modern kitchen with dishwasher, induction cookers, cooker hood, fridge of different size depending on how many people can stay in the apartments, freezer (70L approx.) micro-wave, a large traditional oven, and cupboards, dishes necessary for meals, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

All apartments also have a large flat TV screen in the living room, direct phone, and safe.

Double beds are mainly 160X200cm, and single beds are 80X200cm with some exceptions depending on the rooms. Beds are done on arrival with duvets.

From the 3 rooms (4/6 pers.), most of the apartments have small desk and armchairs in the bedrooms as well as numerous cupboards, and a second TV.
