The B301 penthouse, located on the 3rd floor of the Annapurna Residence, with a surface area of 185 sqm, is perfect to welcome 9 people, up to 8 adults.

This apartment has three bedrooms with double bed (one with a dressing), a bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 people and four en-suite bathrooms. The large living room with a TV and a fireplace has also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. This duplex penthouse on 2 levels offers a living area of 84 sqm and a terrace of 26 sqm.

During your holidays, you can benefit from a parking space in the private car park (2m max), a ski locker and Wi-Fi access.

Last year we booked a ski holiday to the 3 Valleys in France through Top Snow Travel and have just returned from a week in Meribel. Gilles was extremely helpful with advice and suggestions to help us make our decisions in regard to where to stay and which valley (we had a non-skier so it was important they were also catered too). Just returning home from a week long ski trip to Les 3 Vallèes. Topsnow made all the arrangements and everything was amazing. We arrived with a big snowstorm so the Off Piste guides that were arranged were fantastic. And to top it off we had four days of bluebird skies after that!

Thank you to Gilles for organising our ski trip in France. The choice of resort ticked all our boxes - an amazing village, resort, hotel (the pool with the view of the slopes!) and food. All was seamless, from transfers to/from the train station to the hotel, ski hire, lift tickets, lessons. We had a fantastic time and would go back to the exact same place again (next time without the teenagers!). A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220m²

Availability of the apartments
The keys are handed over between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
Departures must be made before 10:00 am.

Tourist tax
The rate is €2.30 per day and per person over 18 years (subject to change) to be paid locally.

Property Policy

You need to let us know what time you’ll be arriving in advance.

  • Government-issued photo identification and a credit card will be required at check-in for incidental charges.
  • Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • This property accepts American Express, Visa & Mastercard. Cash is not accepted.

Local City Tax

Local City Tax (Tourist Tax). You’ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: A tax is imposed by the city: €2.30 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age. Price is subject to change from the local authorities.

Cancellation Policy

Parking

Private parking is available on site (reservation is needed) with 1 free parking spot per apartment. Additional parking space: 98 € per car and per week.

Booking Conditions

These Booking Conditions set out the terms on which you contract with us for the arrangement and coordination of delivery of travel arrangements for your trip. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Booking Conditions at any time prior to you making a booking request.

Deposit

A 50% deposit per person, is payable upon us accepting your booking. Please note that we may not hold any services for you until we receive payment of your deposit, meaning that services may become unavailable or prices may increase, in which case you will be responsible for paying the increased price, and we will not be responsible if services become unavailable. Some arrangements may require full payment at the time of booking. We will advise you of this if this is the case.

Final Payment

Payment in full must be received no less than 90 days before commencement of your trip. Note: some trips or particular arrangements may require payment earlier or in additional instalments and this will be advised with the booking confirmation.
 
If you fail to make payment by the due date, we will remind you to make payment. In addition to the payment, you will also be responsible for any costs imposed on us by suppliers resulting from late payment. If we do not receive payment within 7 days after the reminder, you will be deemed to have cancelled your booking.

 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking by giving written notice to us. Cancellation fees and charges will be levied as follows:

  • any amounts we have paid or have contractually committed to pay to third parties to deliver your travel arrangements which we cannot reasonably recover or not incur (for example payments made or due to third parties for accommodation, transfers, lift passes, ski rental, ski lessons, hire vehicles, and any other elements comprising your travel arrangements);
  • a fee equal to the deposit or 25% of the booking value (whichever is the greater) to compensate us for work performed and associated overheads up until the time of cancellation (including work performed in connection with your travel arrangements prior to your booking) and our loss of expected profit; and
  • a fee equal to AUD $330 or 5% of the booking value (whichever is the greater) to compensate us for processing the cancellation and any associated refund.

Cancellation fees and charges will not exceed payments received by us at the time of cancellation. If after the application of these fees and charges there is a surplus of payments you have made to us, we will refund this to you within a reasonable time.

Any payments we have made to third parties will only be refunded to you once we have deducted the above cancellation fees and charges and once we have actually recovered the amounts from the third parties. As we will be subject to third party terms and conditions, we make no guarantee that we will be able to make recoveries. 

For group departures, a transfer of a confirmed booking to another departure date is deemed to be cancellation of the original booking.
