The triplex penthouse n°A40, located on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of the Falcon Lodge residence, with a surface area of 217 sqm, is perfect to welcome up to 13 people, maximum 10 adults.
This penthouse has four bedrooms with double bed, a triple bedroom with a double bed bunk by a single bed, a bedroom cabin with a bunk bed and five bathrooms. The living room has a sitting area with a television and a fireplace plus a fully equipped kitchen.
Two balconies and a furnished terrace completes the space with an outdoor hot tub.
This penthouse has also a walk-in closet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and all the necessary household appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.
The little extra: a private wellness area inside the apartment, including a steam room and an extra bathroom.
During your holidays, you can benefit from a parking space in the private car park (2m max), a ski locker and Wi-Fi access.

Deposit
A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:
- 2000 € for apartments lower than 120m²
- 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220m²
- 6000€ for apartments over 220m²
Opening hours
Every day 9am to 8pm (subject to change)
Availability of the apartments
The keys are handed over between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Departures must be made before 10:00 am.
Tourist tax
The rate is 4.73 € per day and per person over 18 years (subject to change) to be paid locally.
