Le Coucou, the absolute meeting place for epicureans, is inaugurating its restaurant Le Fumoir this year, where Savoyard specialties are offered.
The Beefbar in the mountains
Located in the most beautiful places around the world and now at Le Coucou in Meribel, the Beefbar offers the possibility of tasting the rarest meats, from the most prestigious origins, matured and prepared according to the rules of the art: Black Angus from Argentina and the USA, Wagyu beef from Australia, Kobe beef from Japan. It is a pleasure to discover the Beefbar’s classics for the first time in the mountains, on the huge sunny terrace!
Specialities to share, hot dishes served in casseroles, risotto, pasta, salads, a well-balanced and tempting children’s menu, and a beautiful wine cellar. On the seventh floor of Le Coucou, the excellence of the Beefbar can be savoured in complete relaxation. It is impossible to resist the prodigious dessert buffet, with its fruit tarts, succulent cakes, and giant eclairs to share.
At noon, head to the panoramic terrace, accessible directly from the slopes, for a comfortable lunch in the sunshine. What better way to recharge your batteries than on the terrace? Meanwhile, the connected ski equipment is recharged, and the gloves are warmed up for a more comfortable time on the slopes. Unless the temptation to lounge quietly on the terrace is too strong!

Restaurant Le Fumoir
From this epicurean refuge, savor the peaceful passing of time. Perched on the 8th floor, the restaurant Le Fumoir welcomes cheese lovers around its fireplace, in a friendly and cozy atmosphere. You will taste the unavoidable, copious and refined specialities of the Savoyard gastronomy elaborated with real local products.
The Bar des Pistes
An essential meeting point at any time of the day, the Bar des Pistes embodies the spirit of Le Coucou par excellence: just like our restaurant in Meribel, it can be chic but relaxed, elegant but warm, romantic with a partner and electric with a group of friends…
The perfect place to enjoy watching the skiers ski down the slope in front of you, while having a cappuccino or a club sandwich. The Coucou’s bar also offers foodies an irresistible buffet of delicacies at snack time.

Le Coucou offers a selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury delights, which is served daily in the Biancaneve restaurant, on the 6th floor of the hotel. You can find in your room the Sleep & Glow set (food supplement promoting peaceful and restorative nights and a patented mist helping to fall asleep). The range of treatments and food supplements are also available for sale to customers. The Beauty Drinks (drinks based on hydrolyzed marine collagen and vegetable milk) are available during breakfast to take care of yourself.
Winter baths, our pool area, indoor and outdoor
Le Coucou has two heated pools, one inside with a Jacuzzi in the wellness area and the other outside on a vast terrace facing the snow-covered mountain: nothing better to relax tired muscles. Installed in the extension of each other, they are only separated by a bay window.
The indoor pool is lined with arches and seems to continue outside with an amazing trompe-l’oeil effect.
Jacuzzi
Take a seat in the jacuzzi of the Coucou Méribel spa, comfortably equipped and offering a magical view of the mountains. You will enjoy a moment of serenity and relaxation while benefiting from the hot water and hydromassage jets.

The Fitness
The fitness room is divided into two parts and has a spectacular view of the valley, giving the impression of being outside; a unique sensation that aims to boost performance! In the first room, dedicated to fitness, several Technogym® machines are installed with all necessary sports equipment, including a boxing ring.
In the second part of the gym, we have a KinesisTM, a rowing machine and space dedicated to personalized Pilates and yoga classes. A coach is available upon request for any specific needs.

Ski Room
Want to try out a helmet, Connected gloves, or splurge on some new sunglasses? Designed as a lounge boutique with a fitting room and a cozy coffee shop, the ski room opens directly onto the slopes with its take-off terrace. But there is always time to indulge in a delicious pastry before setting off…
Every day, all the ski equipment is managed by a dedicated team, set up personalized for each skier so that everyone is ready to go without wasting time. There will even be the perfect skier’s kit (water bottle, tissues, lip salve and cereal bar in the children’s backpack… or the adults!) When you return, you can leave all your wet belongings and find them in impeccable condition, laid out for you the next morning.
Le Coucou can also keep your equipment from one year to the next, to avoid having to travel with your jackets, skis and helmets…
Kid’s club
The Kid’s Club and the Teens lab, designed by Sophie Jacquemin, a specialist in children’s enchantment, were entrusted to Petit VIP*, a 5-star reference in the design of edutainment activities. A magical space, designed for children, that creates a colourful and poetic universe where they can have fantastic encounters with funny monsters.
The Kid’s Club by Petit VIP* organizes daily activities to stimulate children’s curiosity, with various creative workshops: shadow and light storytelling, mask creation, etc. Parents are always welcome to accompany them in their discoveries at the Kid’s Club.
The Kid’s Club guarantees a joyful vacation, full of discoveries for all the members of your tribe and the serenity of knowing that your children are being taken care of by professionals.
The Teens Lab Petit VIP* is dedicated to older children, with activities based on their favourite interests. They are also entitled to tailor-made creative workshops, such as the cooking workshop or the creation of mocktails to treat themselves to original recipes.
