Our Michelin star chef, Laurent Azoulay, serves up a menu brimming with character all perfectly matched with exceptional wines. He cultivates the taste of excellence and dishes up an inventive, delicate and truly inspired cuisine. Hi ethos is to be creative, play with textures, and take revisited or olden day products and bring them into the here and now.

Bar
The hotel has a very cosy lounge where you can relax next to the fireplace with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Place of conviviality and exchange, the lounge bar of the hotel is open daily from 9 am to 01 am.
In the morning, you can sit comfortably for a coffee while browsing the daily press (newspapers and magazines available) and enjoy our snack formulas for a quick lunch at noon. Throughout the day discover a selection of teas and infusions, hot drinks or fresh. At the time of the aperitif or digestif, the bartender offers different varieties of whiskey and other specialties.
Each evening, a different musical atmosphere await you. Let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of a piano melody or the sound of a saxophone.
Brasserie : le 80
In a scene reminiscent of the great explorers traveling the last century, Laurent Azoulay, the chef star-ratted in 2015 in the Michelin Guide in l’Ekrin restaurant sign the new card which revisits traditional and emblematic recipes of a chic brasserie.
Dinners head to head or large convivial tables, the 80 restaurant welcomes you for all occasion.
Kaila’s NUXE Spa
It is located on the first floor of the hotel and has 6 treatment rooms including three double cabins. Slate and Wood: The Spa NUXE has the accent of the country and the space is softened by warm tones, taupe and chocolate.

Everything has been designed especially for them!
For 4-12 years old, a free access space open all day long with everything they need for fun and from 4 pm, taste and activities under supervision.
For teens, a space is also dedicated with pool tables, video games, table football ..
During school holidays, cooking, magic and DJ workshops are organized.
