La Ginbaelle Residence has a sauna where you can sit back on the wooden benches and enjoy a deeply relaxing experience. At temperatures of around 80 degrees, the skin begins to sweat and the pores dilate. The body then secretes endorphins, aiding relaxation. Toxins are flushed out, muscle aches are banished, the skin regains its elasticity, and what’s more, you’re sure to sleep well afterwards.
