Steam room
After a day of skiing or in the mountains, slow down, relax and take care of your body: treat yourself to the benefits of the steam room.
Enter a world of cotton, let yourself be enveloped by a warm and moist fog and carried away by the vapours of the aromatic essences.
Your skin will feel like new! Under the action of the steam, the pores of the skin dilate, gently cleaning and purifying.
Don’t forget to cool off between two steam room sessions: cool water tightens the pores of your skin, restoring its firmness.
Sauna
Lie down on the wooden benches of the sauna and enjoy a deep relaxation.
Did you know that the sauna helps you to sleep better? The heat induces the body to release the endorphins that promote relaxation.
The dry heat, around 80°C, quickly relieves muscular pains and other aches. By dilating the pores, the sauna softens the skin, improves its elasticity and allows it to remove toxins.
A cold shower after the sauna tightens the pores of the skin, improving its tone.
