One of three properties in the exclusive hamlet of Hameau des Plan, Chalet Saphir combines alpine tradition and a fresh modern design. In total, the chalet has 5 en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to 12 people.
- This brand new and highly exclusive hamlet of three chalets is located in a prime spot, just at the entrance of Chamonix centre.
Located on the middle floor of the chalet is the main living space, open with the kitchen and dining area. Here you will find the large L-shaped sofa arranged around the glass-fronted fireplace. This, combined with the high vaulted ceilings and warm lighting, helps create a home from home atmosphere. One of the most attractive features of this chalet is the stunning views across Chamonix and the surrounding mountains, which can be best seen from the balcony accessed from the living area.
The chalet has two different dining areas, one in the centre of the room, taking advantage of the magnificent views, and the other in the kitchen area. This is great for groups who’d like the children to eat separately from the adults! The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials for a self-catered holiday, including two ovens. For alfreso dining, the chalet has a covered outdoor table and chairs on the balcony.
Chalet Saphir is a great chalet for those looking for outdoor space. As well as a spacious south-facing sun terrace with panoramic views, there is an outdoor cedar hot tub, in keeping with the alpine theme. The hot tub is well positioned to catch the afternoon sun and a great way to relax after a long day. For extra relaxation, there is also a sauna.
In total, Chalet Saphir has 5 bedrooms across 3 floors. On the ground floor there are four double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite shower room and toilet. These bedrooms also have direct access to the outdoor terrace where the hot tub is located. Up on the mezzanine floor, there is an additional bedroom which has 4 beds. This room also has an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has air conditioning installed should it be needed.
For convenience, there is also garage with ski racks and boot warmers, and an elevator for access between each of the floors.
Chalet Saphir can be taken with Chalet Alaska and Chalet Azurite to create Le Hameau des Plans, with space to sleep up to 41 guests.

Booking Conditions
These Booking Conditions set out the terms on which you contract with us for the arrangement and coordination of delivery of travel arrangements for your trip. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Booking Conditions at any time prior to you making a booking request.

Deposit
A 50% deposit per person, is payable upon us accepting your booking. Please note that we may not hold any services for you until we receive payment of your deposit, meaning that services may become unavailable or prices may increase, in which case you will be responsible for paying the increased price, and we will not be responsible if services become unavailable. Some arrangements may require full payment at the time of booking. We will advise you of this if this is the case.
Final Payment
Payment in full must be received no less than 90 days before commencement of your trip. Note: some trips or particular arrangements may require payment earlier or in additional instalments and this will be advised with the booking confirmation.
If you fail to make payment by the due date, we will remind you to make payment. In addition to the payment, you will also be responsible for any costs imposed on us by suppliers resulting from late payment. If we do not receive payment within 7 days after the reminder, you will be deemed to have cancelled your booking.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking by giving written notice to us. Cancellation fees and charges will be levied as follows:
- any amounts we have paid or have contractually committed to pay to third parties to deliver your travel arrangements which we cannot reasonably recover or not incur (for example payments made or due to third parties for accommodation, transfers, lift passes, ski rental, ski lessons, hire vehicles, and any other elements comprising your travel arrangements);
- a fee equal to the deposit or 25% of the booking value (whichever is the greater) to compensate us for work performed and associated overheads up until the time of cancellation (including work performed in connection with your travel arrangements prior to your booking) and our loss of expected profit; and
- a fee equal to AUD $330 or 5% of the booking value (whichever is the greater) to compensate us for processing the cancellation and any associated refund.
Cancellation fees and charges will not exceed payments received by us at the time of cancellation. If after the application of these fees and charges there is a surplus of payments you have made to us, we will refund this to you within a reasonable time.
Any payments we have made to third parties will only be refunded to you once we have deducted the above cancellation fees and charges and once we have actually recovered the amounts from the third parties. As we will be subject to third party terms and conditions, we make no guarantee that we will be able to make recoveries.
For group departures, a transfer of a confirmed booking to another departure date is deemed to be cancellation of the original booking.
