Chalet Azurite – Chamonix

Chalet Azuite is one of three chalets within Hameau des Plan, an exclusive complex within walking distance of Chamonix centre. Across three floors, the chalet can sleep up to 16 people at full capacity.
- This brand new and highly exclusive hamlet of three chalets is located in a prime spot, just at the entrance of Chamonix centre.
This high end chalet has been carefully built to incorporate the rustic materials alongside the contemporary design, creating the perfect blend of alpine tradition with a modern twist. When entering the main living space, you are immediately greeted with high vaulted ceilings and extraordinary views of the surrounding mountains. Not to mention the floor to ceiling glass doors that let light flood in, and the central feature fireplace, that dominates the living area and fills the space with a warming glow. Accessed through glass doors in the main living area is a large balcony with stunning views across the surrounding mountains.
Following through from the living area, you will find the open plan kitchen and dining space. Here there is a large table with enough seats for the whole family to sit down together and enjoy a delicious meal. For those who’d like to socialise, take a seat at the breakfast bar and watch your group’s designated cook whips up a storm. The kitchen is well equipped with everything required for a self-catered ski holiday in Chamonix.
Down on the ground floor is where you have access to a large south-facing terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy the panoramic views and an alfresco cup of coffee. Here you will also find the outdoor cedar hot tub, in keeping with the alpine theme. The hot tub is well positioned to catch the afternoon sun and a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes.
There are 6 bedrooms in Chalet Azurite, sleeping up to 16 people in total. On the lower ground floor of the chalet there are 4 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and a bunk bedroom that can sleep up to 4 people. Up on the mezzanine floor, there is an additional bedroom which has 4 beds. This room also has an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has air conditioning installed should it be needed.
For convenience, there is also garage with ski racks and boot warmers, and an elevator for access between each of the floors. There is also a separate TV room, the perfect space for children to retreat to.
Chalet Azurite can be taken with Chalet Alaska and Chalet Saphir to create Le Hameau des Plans, with space to sleep up to 41 guests.

Booking Conditions
These Booking Conditions set out the terms on which you contract with us for the arrangement and coordination of delivery of travel arrangements for your trip. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Booking Conditions at any time prior to you making a booking request.

Deposit
A 50% deposit per person, is payable upon us accepting your booking. Please note that we may not hold any services for you until we receive payment of your deposit, meaning that services may become unavailable or prices may increase, in which case you will be responsible for paying the increased price, and we will not be responsible if services become unavailable. Some arrangements may require full payment at the time of booking. We will advise you of this if this is the case.
Final Payment
Payment in full must be received no less than 90 days before commencement of your trip. Note: some trips or particular arrangements may require payment earlier or in additional instalments and this will be advised with the booking confirmation.
If you fail to make payment by the due date, we will remind you to make payment. In addition to the payment, you will also be responsible for any costs imposed on us by suppliers resulting from late payment. If we do not receive payment within 7 days after the reminder, you will be deemed to have cancelled your booking.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking by giving written notice to us. Cancellation fees and charges will be levied as follows:
- any amounts we have paid or have contractually committed to pay to third parties to deliver your travel arrangements which we cannot reasonably recover or not incur (for example payments made or due to third parties for accommodation, transfers, lift passes, ski rental, ski lessons, hire vehicles, and any other elements comprising your travel arrangements);
- a fee equal to the deposit or 25% of the booking value (whichever is the greater) to compensate us for work performed and associated overheads up until the time of cancellation (including work performed in connection with your travel arrangements prior to your booking) and our loss of expected profit; and
- a fee equal to AUD $330 or 5% of the booking value (whichever is the greater) to compensate us for processing the cancellation and any associated refund.
Cancellation fees and charges will not exceed payments received by us at the time of cancellation. If after the application of these fees and charges there is a surplus of payments you have made to us, we will refund this to you within a reasonable time.
Any payments we have made to third parties will only be refunded to you once we have deducted the above cancellation fees and charges and once we have actually recovered the amounts from the third parties. As we will be subject to third party terms and conditions, we make no guarantee that we will be able to make recoveries.
For group departures, a transfer of a confirmed booking to another departure date is deemed to be cancellation of the original booking.
